We collect account information (name, work email, organization) to provide authentication, organization tenancy, and transactional email such as confirmation and password reset.

Operational data (vehicle telemetry, geofence events, lock commands, alerts) is processed to deliver the fleet management product you configure. Data is scoped to your organization.

We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorized users in your org and to systems required to operate the service (database, cache, email delivery).

You may request account deletion through your organization administrator. Retention of safety and audit records may apply where legally required.
